1. Physical Products (Printed Calendars)

• Once an order is placed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded unless the product is received in a damaged or defective condition.
• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and a photo of the issue.
• Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement or initiate a refund as per your preference.

2. Digital Products (if applicable)

• Digital downloads or app-based purchases are non-refundable once the content has been delivered or accessed.
• In case of technical issues or failed access, please contact our support team. We will make every effort to resolve the issue promptly.

3. Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used during the purchase.
